Tania arrived in 1993 for a ski season, I never really left Queenstown. I quickly fell in love with the environment, the vibrant energy, and the incredible people here. What I adore most is the convenience of having everything at your fingertips – skiing, biking, hiking, tennis, water sports – it’s all right here. One of the things that captivates me about Queenstown is its four distinct seasons. Each season is unique and brings its own charm. I can’t decide which one I love the most; they’re all so special. As a proud mother of three children, I’m delighted to say they represent the 6th generation born in the Wakatipu region. Thanks to them, I can proudly claim a local connection. While my iwi (tribe) isn’t native to this area, I’ve been irresistibly drawn to the Wakatipu, and I hold a deep affection for it. This is my cherished home. I’m passionate about traveling, meeting people, and sharing stories. It’s a pleasure to connect with others and explore the world, and I’m excited to welcome you to the wonders of Queenstown and its surroundings.
