With an expert local guide at your side, you’ll refine the art of stalking and casting as you pursue wild rainbow and brown trout in some of New Zealand’s most spectacular natural settings.
All equipment is provided, allowing you to step straight into the water with ease, while your guide carefully selects the perfect location on the day to match conditions and fish activity. Between casts, pause to enjoy a gourmet riverside lunch with fresh tea and coffee, savouring the stillness of the wild. Return luxury transfers from your Queenstown accommodation make the day effortless, and for those wishing to extend the experience, itineraries can be tailored to include sightseeing, dinner, or even overnight stays in remote hideaways for a true wilderness escape.
Your guide collects you early in the morning from your Queenstown accommodation and briefs you en route to the chosen fishing location. For something extra special, you can opt for a helicopter transfer into remote rivers.
